When you use Code360, we store the data your department enters—personnel records, incident reports, vehicle information, training logs, and related operational data. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Code360 service. We use it to operate your department's portal, send transactional emails (invites, password resets, reminders), and diagnose technical issues. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and host data on trusted cloud infrastructure. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Code360: Convex (database and backend), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Mapbox (maps and geocoding), Sentry (error monitoring), and Google (authentication). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the content you or your department enters into Code360. If you cancel your account, you may request a full export of your data before deletion.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
