Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Code360 ("the Service"), provided by Digital Dialect ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you are using Code360 on behalf of a fire department or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
Code360 is a cloud-based department management platform for fire and EMS departments. We provide tools for personnel management, fleet tracking, incident records, training logs, and related operational functions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Department administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
4. Billing and Cancellation
Pricing is per station as listed on our pricing page. Monthly plans may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. Refunds for annual plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Code360. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. You may request a data export at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for purposes other than department management. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Availability and Support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide email support during business hours and aim to respond within one business day. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Code360 is a management tool—it is not a replacement for emergency dispatch, 911 systems, or safety-critical infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders at least 30 days before taking effect.
